Australia-Wide Shipping

We currently offer shipping within Australia.

Every Story Nook book is individually personalised and created to order, so your book goes through a few stages before it arrives at your door.

Processing & Personalisation

Once we receive your order and all required photographs and personalisation details, we aim to prepare your personalised book within 2–3 business days.

Your completed book is then submitted to our printing partner for printing and fulfilment.

Delivery Times

For standard delivery within Australia, please allow:

Approximately 24–25 business days after your book has been submitted for printing for hardcover books
Approximately 10-12 business days after your book has been submitted for printing for paperback books

Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe provided by our printing partner and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary.

Your total order timeframe therefore includes both our 2–3 business day personalisation period and the subsequent printing and delivery period.

We recommend allowing adequate time for your order to be created, printed and delivered when placing your order.

Shipping Cost

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee within Australia, regardless of whether you choose a paperback or hardcover book.

The applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Orders are sent using a trackable shipping service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your book’s journey.

Delivery Delays

While we work to provide accurate estimated timeframes, delivery times are outside of our direct control once your book has been submitted to our printing and shipping partners.

Delays may occur due to circumstances including carrier delays, public holidays, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
